Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email ([email protected]), or by calling +880 1896039564.
  • 50% payment is required to confirm a booking. Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit card, or mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: 8:00 AM
  • Check-out: 8:00 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Accommodation

  • Various room types are available: Pent House, Upper Deck Presidential Suite, Family Cabin, Upper Deck VIP Cabin, Lower Deck VIP Cabin, and Lower Deck Bunker Bed.
  • Room rates include food and facilities as listed in the flyer.
  • Room capacity limits must be adhered to for safety.

Cancellation and Refund

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus service charges.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will incur a 50% fee.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Mobile financial service payments may incur service charges.

Safety and Security

  • Guests must comply with safety regulations, including wearing life jackets.
  • Fire safety measures and first aid kits are available on board.

Facilities and Services

  • Special facilities include musical instruments, a 24/7 convenience store and juice bar, free Wi-Fi, and libraries in each room.
  • Unlimited tea and coffee are available.
  • Meals and snacks are provided as per the food package detailed in the flyer.

Guided Sightseeing Tours

  • Tours to local attractions such as Jadu Kata River, Shimul Bagan, Rajai Jharna, and Niladri Lake are available.
  • Tours are subject to weather and other conditions.

Guest Conduct

  • Guests must not engage in behavior that disrupts other guests.
  • Respectful conduct is expected to ensure a pleasant environment for all.

General Disclaimer

  • The House Boat is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.
  • Guests should secure their valuables and consider travel insurance for unforeseen events.
  • Damages to The House Boat property caused by guests will be charged to the responsible party.
